Claude Code Goes Web-Native
Anthropic just made a bold move. The company that's been quietly winning the hearts of developers with Claude Code is now bringing it to the web, and the timing couldn't be more interesting.
Starting this week, Pro subscribers can access Claude Code directly from Claude or the iOS app. No terminal required, no command-line wizardry needed...
What's the play here?
Claude Code for web rolls out to Pro ($20/month), Max ($100/month), and Max Plus ($200/month) subscribers, letting developers spin up AI coding agents directly from their browser.
The web version marks Anthropic's evolution beyond the command-line interface, meeting developers wherever they are—terminal, browser, or mobile.
Claude Code has grown 10x in users since May and now generates over $500 million in annualized revenue.
Product Manager Cat Wu revealed that 90% of Claude Code itself is written by AI models, and she "rarely ever sits down at a keyboard to write code anymore."
So What?
This is a clear signal that Anthropic is playing the long game in the AI coding wars. While GitHub Copilot dominated early, Cursor, Google, and OpenAI have entered the ring with serious firepower. But Anthropic's advantage is clear: developers actually prefer Claude's models.
The web launch lowers the barrier to entry dramatically. Now any developer with a browser can spin up agentic coding assistants without wrestling with terminal commands. Wu's comment that the terminal will remain the "home base" is telling—they're not abandoning their power users, just expanding the audience.
And if 90% of Claude Code is already written by AI, we're watching the future unfold in real-time: developers as managers of AI assistants rather than line-by-line coders…

Use Veo 3.1 Fast in Google Flow
Google recently dropped their new text-to-video model Veo 3.1 and now you can access it directly in Google Flow.
Getting started with Veo 3.1 is dead simple:
Head over to Flow at labs.google/fx/tools/flow
Create a new project and toggle on Veo 3.1 Fast (you'll see it in the settings menu)
Choose your mode: text-to-video or frames-to-video, depending on whether you're starting from scratch or have reference frames
Adjust your settings: aspect ratio, number of outputs per prompt, and confirm you've got the Veo 3.1 Fast model selected
Write your prompt and hit generate, your masterpiece will render at 2x the speed of previous versions
🔥 Pro tip: The "frames to video" mode is underrated. If you've got mad skills with Nano Banana or Midjourney, you can use them as keyframes to guide the video generation and maintain more control over the final output.

Build Your Own Claude Skills

Anthropic released Claude Skills last week, and it's quietly one of the most practical features they've shipped. Instead of repeating the same instructions every time you use Claude, you package them into reusable workflows that trigger automatically.
Skills are folders containing instructions and resources that Claude loads only when needed. Think of them as custom plugins for your exact workflows.
Here's exactly how to build your brand guidelines with Skills in 15 minutes:
Step 1: Create a folder with one SKILL.md file
Step 2: Add YAML frontmatter with name and description so Claude knows when to trigger it
Step 3: Write clear instructions covering your specific guidelines (colors with exact hex codes, typography, tone rules, layout standards, or any workflow you want to automate)
Step 4: Add example files showing visual references—HTML templates, style guides, or sample outputs work great (you can just generate these with Claude too)
Step 5: Zip the folder and upload it to claude.ai settings
Step 6: Toggle the skill on
Now when you ask Claude to work on relevant tasks, it automatically loads the skill and applies every standard without you mentioning guidelines once!
Speaking of Claude Skills, we put together an entire module on how to get the most out of Claude on our platform, check it out today!
